Come hike with Simba and me on our 100th TOC events!
Cheltenham Badlands is near Inglewood and Cheltenham Ontario in the Caledon. ‘Badlands’ is a term for an area of soft rock devoid of vegetation and soil cover that has become molded into a rolling landscape of rounded hills and gullies. The formation is mostly red in colour due to iron oxide deposits and the green brought on by the groundwater. Such areas are rare in Ontario and this is one of the best examples!
