Noisy River Provincial Nature Reserve and Black Bank (25/29km, 5 km/h) (12/6/2014)

Itinerary:

The terrain is variable with rocky sections. Length of hike is 25 km for drivers, 28.5 km for passengers, pace 5 km/h. Maps 20/21

This hike is suitable for strong intermediate or advanced hikers.Hikers registering for this event are expected to have D5 level experience hikes. If you don't have a history with the TOC, please include some comments in the notes about your hiking experience, to convince me that you can do this hike.

We will drive to Prince Of Wales Rd and 15th Sideroad, where we will leave one car, and then shuttle to the Noisy River Provincial Nature Reserve, and hike back through the scenic Nature Reserve and the pretty Black Bank Hill area to the car park. Drivers will return to the start to pick up the cars, passengers will continue for another 3.5 kilometers.

Those willing to drive, regular D5 hikers, and hikers with favourable attendance records may be given preference on the waiting list
