So Ultimate Frisbee. Great game. Come Out!

This is just a recreational game of frisbee, so whether you're at a beginner, intermediate or advance level, you are welcomed to play.

If you've thrown a Frisbee before, that's helpful, but not required. This is open to individuals of all skill levels. I'll be happy to outline the rules for new players.

Here is a link to the simple version of the rules.

Running is a key element to this game, so come with a competitive spirit. Ultimate is a fast paced game -- that's part of the fun! The running aspect is also a great way to stay warm.

I'll bring my disc, but if you have one of your own, bring it along. Especially during warm up, it's nice to have a few up in the air. Participants will learn the basics of the sport and then we'll form teams to play.
