FALL COLOURS AT HARDY LAKE + BREWERY

Our second hike on a series that pairs scenic Ontario trails with tasty local craft beer. Enjoy a fun hike followed by some yummy treats and pick up or try locally brewed beers not carried by the LCBO.

CARPOOL DEPARTURE York Mills subway station, Sunday October 19, 9:30 AM. Please check your route as the TTC starts running at 9am! Dogs are welcome but must arrange their own transport :)
DISTANCE 11 km
PACE 3.5 km/hour. No dropouts or speedsters please.
TRAIL DETAILS There are three stacked loops of trails through a rugged terrain of mixed hardwood forest. We will hike the main trail that goes directly around the lake, exploring side trails as we go. Dogs must be on a leash in accordance with park regulations.
BEER After the hike we'll go check out the newly opened Sawdust City brewery in Gravenhurst
HIGHLIGHTS Picturesque fall colours in Muskoka, especially around Hardy Lake itself. And Sawdust City always have unusual and pretty tasty seasonal beers to try... from a lime + coconut lager to a spiced coffee stout and a cranberry kolsch.
