Itinerary:

Rosedale is a lovely neighborhood that 82 bus takes a lovely route around. We'll be using that as our inspiration for this short, evening hike with some detours into parks.

This hike is suitable for beginners who want to walk at a moderate pace (4.5 - 5 km/hr.) but be warned there are at least two hills.

You'll also want some sort of light because some parts of the trail will have no external lights. Cellphone light should be ok.

Route

  • Start at Rosedale station, detour before heading north along Cluny Dr.
  • Climb down a set of stairs to the Beltline Trail
  • Cross Mt. Pleasant, follow Roxborough Dr. East to Chorley Park
  • South through the Park past Brickworks
  • West Up Milkman's Lane (HILL)
  • West along Crescent Rd back to Rosedale Station

Required Items to Bring:
  • Good Footwear - running shoes ok
