HIKE FOR BEER + SAUSAGES!

Nothing like starting the week off right with a decent hike, followed by beer and sausages!

We'll meet at Runnymede station, walk south along Kennedy and enter the Park via Valleymede Road. From High Park we will travel east along the Waterfront trail towards downtown.

After the hike we'll go for a quick $5 pint of craft beer or cider and some sausages...
Fellow foodies: The sausages will definitely appeal to adventurous eaters... rabbit, duck, kangaroo... fortunately there are some great choices for us vegetarians, and traditional beef, pork + chicken too. Meat is all natural with no byproducts, fillers, growth hormones or other ikky stuff ;)

Please do not sign up if you are not coming out afterwards.

DOGS:Dogs are always welcome on hikes but can't go into the restaurant.

CHOCOLATE: Any big fans of European chocolate - show up at 6:30 pm + I will take you to a nearby store that has a super selection of European chocolate bars and other goodies. Yum. :)

NO SHOWS: Anyone dropping out after the registration cutoff will receive an automatic No Show. Due to the high turnover on previous events the hike leader may give priority to regular D3 hikers with decent attendance records.

DIFFICULTY: We will be hiking in a group at about 4.5-5.0 km/hr and everyone must stay within earshot of the group for safety reasons.
There is no telling in advance what tge weather will be like so please come prepared with rain gear.
