Itinerary:

Walking down the park and down the Aisle - A casual, fun and moderately-paced summer's evening walk through High Park, the Waterfront Trail, Humber Bay Park and up the Humber River Trail ending at Old Mill Subway Station.

This casual walk and picnic outing is also to celebrate the meeting of Dan and Josephine, exactly one year ago on this very outing and their upcoming marriage(TOC's 3rd marriage, I believe)

- Starting at the PARK ENTRANCE at High Park Avenue and Bloor St, we will walk through various trails and over varied terrain(grass, gravel, road) and go at a moderately brisk pace whilst taking in great views across Grenadier Pond and Humber Bay.

- This walk is suitable for beginners and seasoned hikers alike - but please keep in mind that it will take about 2.5 - 3 hours and possibly be cooler by the lake as late evening approaches.

- This a great opportunity for old and new members of TOC - especially those in the downtown core - to meet, chat, exercise, socialize, share ideas about TOC and get some adventure right here in the city.

- We will stop by the Humber Bay Bridge or park to have a rest and pot luck snacks/picnic.

- Please note - START and END locations of this walk are different - starting at High Park and ending at Old Mill Subway Stn.

- This Event will be cancelled if there is a high chance for rainy conditions - only sunshine for Dan and Josephine!

- Lots of free parking in the park and you can actually cut the outing short by taking a TTC bus from the half way point of the walk.

- See photos from previous event here
