Itinerary:
Learn how REAL maple syrup is made - on a family-owned farm.

The Horton Family Tree farm is located near Stouffville. They have hiking trails, tours of the sugarbush, a museum, pancakes...

When we arrive we'll decide if we'll take a tour or go for a hike first, depending on how busy the farm is. Tours run all day, so we'll have the luxury to play it by ear.
Afterwards, let's enjoy some fresh pancakes with REAL maple syrup! I spoke to them today, and the sap is already flowing, so let's not delay! With any luck there will be some snow left, for the authentic sugarbush experience!

Pancakes are $4.50 for 2, or $5.50 for 3, and include a hot drink (this is of course optional.)

If you are on the waiting list for another maple syrup trip and get onto the main list for this trip, don't forget to remove yourself from the other wait list (unless you really want to do both!)
