Itinerary:

This 10 KM hike will both start and finish at Old Mill Station.
We will walk through the twists and turns of the Swansea neighbourhood and I aim to hit every hill and set of stairs - so be warned!

We will walk at a moderate pace on a combination of paved park paths, neighbourhood sidewalks, single track dirt trails and grassy fields and will take rest breaks as needed.

I am planning a washroom break about half way into the hike.
