Itinerary:

This is a special Thursday edition on Hike for a Pint, because of Good Friday on April 22, we will hike on Thursday, April 21, 2011.

You must be 19 or older to sign up for this hike.

We'll start at Broadview Subway Station. Meet at the subway entrance @6:30 PM.

We'll be walking a decent pace of 4.5-5.0 km per hour, so that we can get down to the pub before it gets too busy.

  1. Depart Broadview Subway Station
  2. South through Riverdale Park
  3. North through the Don Valley Trail to Bythwood Drive
  4. Travel west through Crothers Woods
  5. Across Rosedale neighborhood and down through Clorey Park
  6. Around the Brickworks and up through David Belfour Park
  7. Go to St. Clair/Yonge area
  8. Find a pub

Total distance traveled = 10 Km

Anyone who signs up for this hike, must be willing to come and socialize at the pub.

Good footwear

Water 1-2 L and snacks

Flashlight or headlight

Event Directions:Broadview Station is located on the Bloor/Danforth Subway Line. It is three stops east of Bloor/Yonge station.

Meet beside the collector's booth, inside the station.
